Who we are

This website is operated by ADENERGY SP. Z O.O., a company registered in Poland under KRS number 0001251633, registered office Tyniecka 137T, 30-319 Kraków, Poland (NIP 676-27-23-361, REGON 545187812). We trade as DentalMastery.ai and provide AI-assisted marketing services to dental practices. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, practice name, and the answers you provide when you complete a form, book a call, or use the assistant on our site. If you complete a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you submitted there.
Information we collect automatically. Pages visited, how you reached us, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising identifiers. Where you arrive from an advertisement, we may receive a click identifier that lets us connect your enquiry to the advertisement you saw.
Information from other sources. We obtain business contact details of dental professionals from third-party business data providers and from publicly available professional sources, in order to offer our services. This is typically your name, business email address, job title, practice name and business location.

You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time. Email us and we will stop, and add you to our suppression list so it does not happen again.

AI assistance

We use AI tools to help respond to enquiries and prepare analysis. Conversations with our website assistant may be reviewed by a person and are kept as part of the enquiry record. AI assistance does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not carry out automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process personal data only on our documented instructions and under written data processing terms: our CRM and scheduling platform (HighLevel), advertising platforms (Meta Platforms), our workflow automation and database infrastructure, email and communication providers, and AI providers assisting with responses and analysis. We do not sell personal data.

Advertising platforms

When you submit a form or book a call, we may send a hashed, non-reversible version of your contact details to Meta so it can measure which advertisements generated enquiries. Hashing means Meta receives a scrambled value rather than your actual email address. For some of this processing we and Meta act as joint controllers; Meta's own terms describe the respective responsibilities. You can control advertising personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

International transfers

Several of our providers are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards, being the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguard by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records: 24 months from your last contact with us
Prospect contact details obtained from data providers: 24 months, or until you object, whichever is sooner
Client records: the duration of the engagement plus 6 years, to meet accounting and legal requirements
Suppression records: kept indefinitely, because that is how we ensure we do not contact you again

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, have inaccurate data corrected, have data erased, restrict or object to processing (including the absolute right to object to direct marketing), receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl. If you are outside Poland you may complain to your local supervisory authority instead.

If you are in California

You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Email us to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
